Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made through Tekumi for photoshoots, workshops and creative experiences in Japan. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please make sure the date, time, number of participants and booking details are correct before completing your reservation.

Tekumi may work with independent photographers, instructors and other creative professionals (“Hosts”) to provide your booked experience.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Unless a different cancellation policy is clearly stated on the booking page, the following applies:

• More than 7 days before the booking: full refund

• 7 days or less before the booking: non-refundable

Requests to reschedule are subject to Host availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Any non-refundable third-party costs already committed for your booking, such as models, studios, permits or location fees, may be deducted from any refund.

If Tekumi or the Host must cancel and a suitable replacement or alternative date cannot be arranged, you will receive a refund for the affected service.

3. Weather

Outdoor experiences normally take place rain or shine.

If conditions are considered unsafe or severe enough that the experience cannot reasonably proceed, Tekumi and the Host will work with you to arrange an alternative where possible.

Cloudy weather, light rain or personal preference regarding weather conditions are not normally grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Late Arrival & No-Shows

Please arrive on time.

If you are late, the experience may still need to finish at the originally scheduled time, particularly where the Host has another booking afterward.

Significant lateness may result in a shortened or cancelled session without refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Deliverables & Workshop Materials

Any included photographs, files, workshop materials or other deliverables are described on the relevant booking page.

For photography sessions, final image selection and editing style are at the photographer’s professional discretion. RAW files and unedited images are not included unless specifically stated or agreed separately.

For workshops and educational experiences, the Host will provide the instruction and guidance described on the booking page, but individual results will naturally vary depending on experience level, equipment, participation and conditions on the day.

Delivery times for photographs or other files may vary slightly depending on the experience, workload or circumstances outside the Host’s reasonable control.

6. Usage & Copyright

Copyright in photographs, workshop materials and other original content remains with the relevant photographer, Host or creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use delivered personal photos for personal use, including personal social media.

Commercial, advertising, editorial or business use requires the appropriate commercial agreement or licence.

Workshop materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed or used commercially without permission.

Delivered photographs should not be substantially re-edited, filtered or altered in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work.

7. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless agreed otherwise before the booking, Tekumi and the relevant Host may use selected photographs or video captured during the experience for portfolios, websites, social media, exhibitions and promotional purposes.

If you require complete privacy, please let us know before the session or workshop.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the booking, including participant numbers and any relevant requirements.

Please inform us in advance of accessibility needs, special requests, minors participating, or anything that may affect the experience.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward Hosts, models, staff, venues and members of the public.

Unsafe, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the experience being ended without refund.

9. Locations, Permissions & Restrictions

Photography and filming rules vary across Japan.

Some locations may restrict professional photography, tripods, lighting equipment or commercial activity. Routes and locations may therefore need to change during the experience.

Where special permits or private-location permissions are required for a custom booking, responsibility and associated costs will be agreed in advance.

10. Liability

Tekumi and its Hosts will take reasonable care when providing all services.

However, we cannot be responsible for delays, closures, transport disruption, weather, restrictions imposed by venues or authorities, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If a booked service cannot be provided, Tekumi’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Clients remain responsible for their own personal belongings, equipment and travel arrangements.

11. File & Material Storage

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing any delivered photographs, files or workshop materials.

Online galleries or download links may only remain available for a limited period, and Tekumi or the Host is not required to retain files indefinitely.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used only as necessary to manage your reservation, provide the service and communicate with you.

Information may be shared with the relevant Host or service provider where required to fulfil your booking.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

14. Agreement

By completing a booking through Tekumi, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

利用規約

本利用規約は、Tekumiを通じて予約される日本国内でのフォトセッション、ワークショップ、クリエイティブ体験に適用されます。ご予約を完了された時点で、以下の規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 予約・お支払い

特別な書面での合意がない限り、全額のお支払いが完了した時点で予約が確定します。

予約を確定する前に、日時、参加人数、その他の予約内容に間違いがないことをご確認ください。

Tekumiでは、フォトグラファー、講師、その他の独立したクリエイター（以下「ホスト」）と連携してサービスを提供する場合があります。

2. キャンセル・日程変更

予約ページに別途キャンセルポリシーが明記されていない限り、以下の条件が適用されます。

• 予約日の7日前より前：全額返金

• 予約日の7日前以降：返金不可

日程変更のご希望はホストの空き状況によって対応可能な場合がありますが、変更を保証するものではありません。

モデル、スタジオ、撮影許可、ロケーション費用など、予約のためにすでに発生している返金不可の第三者費用については、返金額から差し引かれる場合があります。

Tekumiまたはホストの都合によりサービスを実施できず、代替のホストや別日程を手配できない場合は、該当するサービス料金を返金いたします。

3. 天候について

屋外での体験は、原則として雨天でも実施します。

安全上の問題がある悪天候など、合理的に実施が困難と判断される場合には、可能な範囲で別の日程や代替案をご案内します。

曇天、小雨、または天候に関するお客様個人のご希望は、通常キャンセルや返金の理由とはなりません。

4. 遅刻・無断キャンセル

開始時間に遅れないようお越しください。

遅刻された場合でも、その後に別の予約がある場合など、当初予定していた終了時間までにセッションまたは体験を終了する必要があります。

大幅な遅刻の場合、時間が短縮されたり、実施できなくなる場合があります。その場合、返金は行われません。

無断キャンセルの場合も返金は行われません。

5. 納品物・ワークショップ資料

写真、データ、ワークショップ資料、その他予約に含まれる納品物については、各予約ページに記載された内容が適用されます。

フォトセッションの場合、最終的な写真の選定および編集方法はフォトグラファーの専門的な判断に委ねられます。RAWデータおよび未編集画像は、明記または別途合意されている場合を除き含まれません。

ワークショップや教育を目的とした体験では、予約ページに記載された内容に基づき、ホストが指導やアドバイスを行います。ただし、参加者の経験、使用機材、参加状況、当日の環境などにより、得られる結果には個人差があります。

写真やその他のデータの納期は、サービス内容、作業状況、またはホストが合理的に管理できない事情により多少前後する場合があります。

6. 使用権・著作権

写真、ワークショップ資料、その他のオリジナルコンテンツの著作権は、書面による別途の合意がない限り、それぞれのフォトグラファー、ホストまたは制作者に帰属します。

個人向けフォトセッションで納品された写真は、個人利用および個人のSNSへの投稿にご利用いただけます。

広告、商用、編集用途、その他ビジネス目的での使用には、適切な商用利用契約またはライセンスが必要です。

ワークショップ資料を、許可なく複製、販売、再配布、または商用利用することはできません。

納品された写真について、フォトグラファーの作品を著しく誤解させるような大幅な再編集、フィルター加工、その他の変更はご遠慮ください。

7. ポートフォリオ・プロモーション利用

予約前に別途合意している場合を除き、Tekumiおよび該当するホストは、体験中に撮影された写真や動画の一部を、ポートフォリオ、ウェブサイト、SNS、展示、その他のプロモーション目的で使用する場合があります。

完全な非公開をご希望の場合は、セッションまたはワークショップの前にお知らせください。

8. お客様の責任

参加人数やその他の必要事項を含め、正確な予約情報をご提供ください。

アクセシビリティに関するご要望、特別なリクエスト、未成年者の参加、その他体験に影響する可能性のある事項については、事前にお知らせください。

ホスト、モデル、スタッフ、施設関係者および一般の方々に対して、節度ある行動をお願いいたします。

危険行為、暴言、ハラスメント、不適切な行為などがあった場合、返金なしでサービスを終了することがあります。

9. ロケーション・撮影許可・制限

日本国内では、場所によって写真撮影や動画撮影に関するルールが異なります。

プロフェッショナルな撮影、三脚、照明機材、商用撮影などが制限されている場所もあるため、当日の状況に応じてルートや撮影場所を変更する場合があります。

特別な撮影許可や私有地の使用許可が必要となるカスタム撮影については、責任範囲および必要な費用を事前にご案内・合意します。

10. 責任について

Tekumiおよびホストは、すべてのサービスを適切かつ安全に提供できるよう合理的な注意を払います。

ただし、交通機関の遅延、施設や場所の閉鎖、天候、施設・行政機関による制限、その他合理的に管理できない事情については責任を負いかねます。

予約されたサービスを提供できない場合、Tekumiが負う責任の上限は、原則として該当サービスについてお支払いいただいた金額までとします。

お客様ご自身の所持品、撮影機材、交通手段および旅行手配については、お客様ご自身の責任となります。

11. データ・資料の保管

納品された写真、データ、ワークショップ資料は、お客様ご自身でダウンロードし、安全に保管してください。

オンラインギャラリーやダウンロードリンクの提供期間には限りがある場合があります。また、Tekumiまたはホストがデータを無期限に保管する義務を負うものではありません。

12. 個人情報

予約時に取得した個人情報は、予約管理、サービスの提供、および必要なご連絡のために使用します。

サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、該当するホストまたはサービス提供者に情報を共有する場合があります。

13. 準拠法

本利用規約は、日本法に準拠します。

14. 規約への同意

Tekumiを通じて予約を完了することにより、本利用規約を読み、その内容に同意したものとみなします。
